Return Refund Policy

At test.detectortesters.in, operated by Cavitak—an authorized distributor of Detectortesters products in India, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

· The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described.

· The return request is raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.

· The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

·  Products that have been used or installed.

· Products returned without original packaging or documentation.

· Customized or special-order items.

· Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at Dharika.b@cavitak.com or call our support team at +91 6358922622 within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Provide order details, photos of the product (in case of damage/defect), and reason for return.

3. Our team will review and approve your request, after which we will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable).

4. Once the returned product is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed as per policy.

4. Refunds

· Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the returned product is inspected.

· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

· For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer upon confirmation of bank details.

5. Cancellations

· Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via email or phone.

· Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may request a return as per the above conditions.

6. Warranty Support

All Detectortesters products come with a manufacturer warranty (12 months). For any warranty-related concerns, please contact us and we will assist you with the process.
